Ours is not showing yet. It was $299 last year (bHC plus the no-reservation-fees option). We should see at least the $6 increase. We shall find out soon enough :)

Cheers.

There's an international club fee? And you're still able to book any hgvc resort right? Thought I saw some discussion on HIGVC members still being able to participate in HGVC resorts.

yes. I really don’t understand the justification for the difference.

I wish we were offered to pay the all in for for reservations offered at bHC. I would go for that instead of pay as you go. Not for everyone, but it works for me.

Even though I like the all in idea, this will lead to lots of unwanted bookings and cancellations before 30 days.

I doubt it. You can only book up to the amount of points you own. I can pay for one changeable reservation now and keep moving it around all year if I do it outside the 30 day window.

Yes, that is one of the best benefits of owning bHC.

Or HGV’s urban properties. But even that isn’t always true.

Yes I can book any hgvc location. The international fee is only because I’m not located in the US.

More correctly, it is because you are located outside of The US and CANADA. Canadians pay the same domestic rate as the US.

Remember they offered the all inclusive fee to everyone back in 2008 then took it away in 2009. :(

Honestly if HGV is making more money from pay as you go then I don’t think we’ll ever see an all inclusive fee for everyone. The following is from their December 2018 Investor Presentation.

Cool. So only the $6 increase.

Edit: Just checked and mine is $309 (and this really isn't the stupid $5 ARDA fee as that is listed separately).

Cheers.
