Free to a new home: 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Port O’ Call Resort (rated 8.91/10 on TUG reviews) on Hilton Head Island. Ten minute walk to the beach. Free daily tennis and golf for 4 people, you only pay cart fee. Deeded fixed week 30 with Saturday check-in, unit 710. First week of use for the new owner would be July 25 - Aug 1, 2020. Maintenance fee for 2020 will be $1038.21. Transfer fee to the resort is $1500, $1000 of which goes toward your 2020 maintenance fee that is due Jan 15th. I will pay closing costs with LT Transfers and $500 of the transfer fee. Buyer will pay $1000 of the transfer fee that is applied to 2020 maintenance fee, which means you only owe $38.21 when maintenance fees are due in Jan. So the week is essentially free; you are just paying your own maintenance fee.

How does the free golf work ? Can all individuals staying at the resort get free golf ? How much are green fees ? Thanks

The golf is for 4 people per day. I actually meant to post that you only pay for your cart. I am not a golfer. I’m not sure which golf courses are part of the deal but I can try to find out.

The free golf is at Shipyard and Port Royal golf courses. You pay only the cart fee. Daily up to 4 people.

For both golf courses cart fees are $24 for 9 holes or $39 for 18 holes.
