I've been using my instant pot to hard boil eggs (so easy) and I recently saw a recipe to make the potatoes *and* the eggs in the IP for potato salad. I tried it and it was a huge time saver. I use my Dash Rapid Egg cooker when making egg salad. It uses steam and is quick & easy... and no watching eggs boil because it has auto-shutoff with a (too loud) alarm. I follow with a 5-minute ice bath for easy peeling.

It only holds 6 eggs so it's not convenient when making deviled eggs for the masses. I haven't tried it for omelets, poached or scrambled eggs.
