Fiesta Americana Villas los-cabos November availability

We just closed on our first HVGC unit this week and recorded deed had been sent to HGVC to complete the transfer. Hopefully, we can get the account set up by the end of the month. The unit came with some (4500) 2019 points leftover and we would like to use it for Los Cabos in late November.

Anyone had experienced with booking at FA within 45 - 60 days and able to get availability in November? Any other alternative Villas or Resorts that you can recommend to utilize the HGVC points? Worse case, we can always bank them for next year but we want to avoid that route due to the extra bank fee.

Right now, there is Studio, 1 BR and 2 BR at the Cabo location for 11/23-11/30
that's about all I can tell you.
Cost is 1,600, 3,400, and 5,000 points respectively

The week prior, the only thing is a studio.

That's good to know, we can definitely do that week due to Thanksgiving week. Hopefully, the inventory will hold the next two to three weeks.

That’s in 2020. Still optional for now.

If we go back after 2020, it will be a low point hotel unit.

Thank you, I justed entered the info into ROFR.net. We bought on the Boulevard 5000 pts Gold for $3000. It's not the greatest deal but at least we're getting some bonus point for 2019.

I'm going have to check on the membership cause I thought I already signed up at the beginning. I learned lots of info here and helped me save a bunch of money on first timeshares so $15 already paid off itself so many times.

Thanks "GT75", Yes I've read about it and may give it a try for 3 days during the stay. I've heard good things about their AI foods and services.

@hohau My faves were the fish tacos near the hotel pool and the breakfast buffets. Seafood and Mexican nights were not bad. The restaurants for dinner service were slow and the food not memorable. But not terrible either. Good to do for a few days but wouldn't want a week of it.

Hello All, quick update that we just got the account set up (exactly 2 weeks after notification) this morning with HGVC and all points showed up. We had to slit up the FA Cabos November stay between 1BR and Studio due to availability. Not as good as we had hoped for but at least they have the dates we wanted.
