"Our emergency alarm has been activated and we are required to leave the building."

That's the message I received when I called into HGVC this morning. But I don't think it's the Florida office. Because when I called yesterday I actually spoke with an RCI representative in Indianapolis, IN. She said her office was handing all the HGVC calls since the HGVC Florida office was closed

I got that message when calling in late yesterday, too.

I also got that message this morning early when I called. But just called again now and the HGV CS (Orlando office) is open. I was able to have them make changes to my reservations.

I’m finding the process of making an HGVC reservation to be exhausting.

I find making them to be very easy, even with the current challenges. Maybe 1-2 minutes. Cancelling, on the other hand, is not as easy at present :)

Cheers.

Actually I was referring to the 3 day crawl. I’m tired of going to bed and waking up shortly thereafter after to do my reservation.

Got it. That's something I don;t do, but I can see how trying to get reservations that need that would require some effort. Common to most (all?) points-based systems, it seems.

Cheers.
