We own 2 separate weeks at HRC Wild Oak Ranch in San Antonio. We also own one week with MVC in Orlando.

We attended a presentation in San Antonio last week and were told that we were "so close" to reaching the premier status that would get us into the new Beyond program starting soon. Beyond supposedly will allow members at this Elite status to book anytime, anywhere for however long we want. We were told the website would be live in 6 months. I can't find a single thing about this online. Anyone ever heard of this? Have we been had?

Seems that this “beyond” thing is only coming from the Hyatt side. According to one poster, the beyond program will allow Hyatt owners to book MVC. now it’s booking anytime, anywhere, for however long? I wonder if they all come up with the same lie to stay on the same page and make it believable. I can’t say for certain if there is such a program, but I wouldn’t take anything a sales rep says with truth. How sad is that?

In the end, I felt it was a new spin to help sell HPP. I was not told that the points could be used anywhere though, only the Marriott Explorer Collection.
