I just had a broker call me and said that one of his owners of 2BR annual MOC OV would take 13k - 15k for it. I said, geez... well... I wish you would've called me a month ago because I have 2 MOC that are just about to close. I said that I doubt anything less than 15k will pass but if you want an offer, I'd pay 13k w/ seller paying closing costs. He said that he would present it. If they won't do 13k then let me know if anyone is interested and I can pass it along to you. I'd probably want to sell my 1BR EOYE OV or 2BR EOYE OV if I bought this one and it passed ROFR.
