Can't do OGS in RCI for Bay Club?

I tried doing an OGS in RCI for Bay Club and got a line in red that says:
This resort only allows stays every 3,4, or 5 years, please remove this selection from your list.

I've never stayed there via RCI or otherwise, so why is the site not letting me put an OGS in for it?

Hmm, OK, so quite possibly a few causes:
1) Glitch in RCI system
2) They don't like Firefox
3) they don't like incognito mode

Used Chrome in "regular" mode an hour later and it finally let me do it, although got "interesting" results there as well (tried to submit a search it said no results found and to click the Search Again to update the search, but all that did was take me back to the search window).

Is this through HGVC portal or separate RCI account? If it's through HGVC portal you are unable to book Hilton through RCI.

I got this error message on the HGVC website: "Browser Alert: We are working to resolve an issue with Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. Until the issue is resolved, please use Chrome, Firefox or Safari to log into the website and start taking advantage of the website’s new enhancements, based on Member feedback"

I've booked HGVC through the HGVC RCI portal in the past. The only restriction I know of is that the exchanges are limited to 9 months out, which matches the Club Season reservation window. This was often advertised as a way to stretch your points, since RCI reservations required less points than HGVC reservations during Platinum season.
