A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head are probably the most commercial- most restaurants, mini golf, tee shirt shops, go carts etc. The ones further north and south of that area are more remote.

Are you looking to exchange in, rent or do you already have a place and are looking for things to do when you are there?

We have a family reunion scheduled there for 2021(!) and I’m trying to get information for renting etc.
Thanks!

You may want to ask your question on "The Outer Banks Connection" message board. https://www.obxconnection.com/outer-banks-forum/forum.aspx?FID=1 It is an pretty active board that covers the OBX and the posters are helpful.
We own two timeshares in Kill Devil Hills, The Outer Banks Beach Club II and The Golden Strand and enjoy them both, mostly because they are ocean front. There are a lot of house rentals in the OBX with a large number being huge, up to 10 bedrooms and it is common for extended families to pitch in to rent one. Many of these are oceanfront.

kwelty, thanks for the OBX forum link!!! The family is planning to stop there for a few days on our way back north from HHI in the spring and just started looking for rentals. That board looks like it will be a good resource.
