Well it looks like I am a proud owner of Platinum 2br 7000 point ever year contract at Hilton Sea World !! Took Hilton almost the full 30 days to send back the estopple letter and waiver of their ROFR, but LT Transfers was quick to send the paperwork to the Sellers who were kind enough to send it back within 2 days and LT sent me a copy of the recorded deed within 2 days as well. They informed me they were submitting it to Hilton via Priority Mail so hopefully I'm registered in the couple of weeks most say it takes.
Super smooth transaction with LT Transfers, can say enough good words about them. Used them for a Wyndham transaction a while back and it went super smooth as well.
For those wondering, I paid $3250.00 and Seller paid closing costs and transfer fee's. I will however be obligated for the $600+ activation fee and the $170+/- member fee. I still think I did pretty good. Found it in the TUG for sale ads.
I'm very happy with my Wyndham points, but think this is going to be a nice addition.
