We now have two thread on this. I had just posted this article in the other thread.

As an owner, the first thing I am left wondering is why Great Eastern Resort Management is going to pull out of the Massanutten Property Owners Association by the end of the year. I also wonder what impact it will have on resort users.

I just checked the Mass Resort website and owners portal. Nothing is posted.

I believe we as timeshare owners at Massanutten, should recover the monies charged to our maintenance fees over more than 20 years when Great Eastern was not contractually obligated to pay

Our Board of the property owners MPOA is not very transparent, I doubt if anything ever gets posted..
