Hi, I have just managed to get an exchange into DSV1 for next year which i am very happy about. I have looked at the website to check the floor layout as we have been assigned a one bedroom villa. However, on the Marriott website it says there are only two bedroom villas there, so I am confused. Can anyone explain
Thanks

DSV1 has lock off units.
The one bedroom villa is quite possibly the Master of a two bedroom?
Marriott.com shows the one bedroom option.

We have done exactly as you're describing. i.e. stayed in a 1 bedroom that was the lock off portion that included a spacious family room, full kitchen, patio/balcony, and the master bedroom with full bath. It was huge and comfortable and is my husband's favorite of all the Marriotts we've stayed at. Enjoy!

I go almost every year. It’s a great property and the units at DSVI are huge.

I'm at DSV1 right now, in a 1-Bdrm. It is indeed a great resort and the villa is very large. You'll enjoy it here!

I own at DSV1 and DSV2. Both are great. You'll enjoy your stay there. I would recommend that you avoid the units that are close to Cook Street. Otherwise the others are all pretty much very nice. They'll give you a Marriott Perks card that you can use at local restaurants for a 10-15% discount. We've used a number and they are very good.
