Thinking of exchanging into InnSeason Resorts - The Falls at Ogunquit, Maine. Taking mom so wondering if an elevator is there.

Just called the resort. Units in the 100’s on the first floor. Units in the 200’s on the second floor. Only one building has a elevator, the Hillside building which runs units 123/238. Resort said they put you in the unit you get in your trade.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
So it sounds like it is a fixed unit/fixed week resort. RCI generally doesn't release the unit information to exchangers anymore but if you exchanged and then called up and explained you had mobility issues and needed to cancel within the 24 hr grace period, I would think they would tell you the unit information.

We have always found the InnSeason resort in NH is very accommodating to my room requests. Heck, once in the summer while there I checked on the location of 3 units I had in the winter. They moved them all to my desired building and put us all next to each other. As long as the room is like for like with your exchange, they have no issue.

I would assume they have the same policy in ME.

Just an FYI - if I recall that resort has very limited kitchens.

Small microwave and stove top, tiny.

Took eplus, if my preferred resort matches, I will use the eplus for something else. Like the location of this place and reviews were overall good so thought it would be better to have something for sure.

Kitchen is small. We own there and really like it. Ogunquit is a great location. First floor is very easy to access. If you are going in the summer they would be very full so little chance of switching to a first floor if not assigned there. If a room was available though they are very acomodating.
