With the $54.51 daily fee, the true cost of this week is $800 plus $381.57 which is $1181.57. Is this considered within the rules of this forum?

I believe it is within the forum rules. The daily fee is paid to the hotel and not to the person who is renting the week.

I agree since the owner will not profit, however the resort fee should be disclosed in the ad to not misrepresent the true cost.

Which is an unbelievable bargain for NYC for July 4th week!! I posted on TUG as an opportunity for someone to take advantage of this hard to find space during a highly desired holiday week. It wasn't to get rich quick! :)
