I have bought from the same seller before, no issues. The only problem I have with them is that they will NOT provide an estoppel prior to winning the auction.

Anyone know if they have limits on using the villa pool, like with wristbands? We'd like to have family over one day to visit (and preferably swim!).

no they are easygoing with the villa pools. You may need wristbands for the hotel cant recall
