II Issues

This morning I got an email and a call from II. Missed the call but the email offered me an alternative resort, in a studio unit. So both the size and resort (same state but far from area requested) are different then my request.

Truthfully if I answered the call I would have been very upset. When I put my ogs in I clearly did not request a studio. I wish II would only contact me if it matched the size.

I love II, those who know me are aware of that but there are times I just scratch my head.

When we are requesting, if our week doesn’t have the power to get what we requested, we should be informed otherwise we are just waiting and wishfully waiting for a match we can’t get.

The other day I put a request in that included multiple weeks. Same day I noticed one of the weeks I requested was available with another week I had, in open inventory. This morning still no match with my ogs and the week is still in open inventory with my other week. Obviously my week doesn’t have enough pull. I figured it out so I will need to do alternatives but others will just wait and wait and get disappointed when a match doesn’t occur.

I have , in the past it stopped,now I was told it can’t be done. Another tugger suggested I remove my phone number, will try.

I use my cell phone number on my II Acct. and I have it in my contacts so I can see that it's them calling. But I don't answer it - I let it go to voice mail, forcing them to leave a message, if it is important.

That is what I am doing now. They never leave a message.

I spoke with someone. They said no. Asked me would I be willing to use my prime winter week for it. I declined, not worth it.

IIs job is to get matches. They don't care if you give up your 2BR prime week and get a mud season studio. They got a match! I have recently found some value in the calls from II. They did help me get a match in to Marriott Newport Coast a month or so ago.
