Any beaches NOT affected by Sargassum?

We are taking a family vacation over LaborDay this year and want to avoid the sargassum debacle. Anywhere in the Caribbean free of this stuff?

We just got back from Playa del Carmen and the situation was untenable.

If not - do you know of ANY beaches in the US or Mexico that might be better?

TIA

we went to Westin Lagunamar in Cancun last March, last October and again this March. We absolutely love that beach and there were virtually no seaweeds all three times.

I was at ESJ Azul (now called Hotel St. Mare) in San Juan, Puerto Rico 3 weeks ago in May. The beaches were clear for the week I was there. Here is a picture taken that week.
