Barony Beach Renovations

HI - I read that Barony Beach is going through some renovations. Does someone happen to know which one of the 2 front bldgs - Morning Glory or Sea Oat was most recently renovated

I believe all the the buildings have now been renovated with new furniture, updated bathrooms, etc. All six buildings were done over the course of a year or so, as I recall, and were completed a couple years ago.

JiminNC is correct, all Barony renovations have been completed (and they are superb).

Just wanted to "second" his good information.

I know this is not what you’re talking about, but the new parking lot with 30 additional spaces is just about finished. It is now being used on a temporary basis by staff.

It's an expansion of the large parking area in front of the Clubhouse/Lobby,
seen after entering the guard gate, and across the road that leads in.

In this "pre-construction" photo below, it's to the RIGHT of the road shown running down the middle
of the picture (past the red truck). The trees were cleared to accommodate the space.

I saw the completed parking spaces last week. Few finishing touches remain but otherwise done.
