Trying to book online and the unit disappeared while I still had time

Has this happened to others? Is this how the Hyatt reservation page works now? I found some nights I wanted and was entering information onto each page within the allotted time, but after I entered my credit card information, the system said, sorry, someone else booked your nights.

I'm so annoyed :-(.

I'm so annoyed :-(.

Go back and try it again. This happened to me last month. When I went back (starting all over) the unit was still there. I booked it successfully on the second attempt.

PS, who else hates the count down clock with ridiculously limited time on it?

The timer clock is ridiculous, and if someone can book it while I am being timed, what good is it? I tried to call Hyatt to vent, but they were closed.

Wow sorry about that. I assumed that the web reservation app would have locked the nights you chose for the small amount of time on timer clock. I'm a pretty new owner, so I've only made one reservation during HRPP; my other reservations the first year I did over the phone as I needed to make two concurrent reservations and can't tell how many units are available online.

I'll have to remember to be quick about it when I make CUP reservations.

Wow, I’m sorry to hear it. Call them in the AM and let them know. Hopefully they can do something for you.
