That is terrible. Hopefully they can figure out the cause and take measures to eliminate it. I read the post and article as I sit in the Fiji Airways lounge. We just arrived from Sydney and are only here for a few hours before flying to San Francisco and then home to Las Vegas.

What a tragic outcome for the young couple, and especially for their kids and family. You just never know. And it must be a relief to be just in transit, Mike. Would be a little scary to be visiting Fiji right now.

We arrived home safely. No mention of this while we were at the airport in Nadi, Fiji. Of course I didn’t expect there would be, but we were glad to know about it through TUG.
