Buying Sheraton Flex Resale-ROFR?

I am looking to pick up Sheraton Flex (resale) very cheap for Steamboat Sheraton for winter ski weeks as it is virtually impossible to get winter ski weeks there unless you book 12 months out. Deeded Sheraton Steamboat properties are very, very rare as only the first 24 units were deeded and everything else is in the flex trust.

Question: Does Vistana have ROFR (Right of First Refusal) on resale Sheraton Flex? All of my VOIs have been resale and not subject to ROFR (WKR, WLR, SVV-Bella). If ROFR is an issue does anyone have any experience on what $$/HO goes through and would it help to pay a higher price to have the seller cover the MFs (as is commonly done to help get the sales price up for other Vistana ROFR properties)

Thanks Robert. What was your reason for becoming a "former" owner of Sheraton Flex? I would agree with most that Sheraton Flex is not a good deal for anything other than the Sheraton Steamboat property and the desire for winter ski weeks. Are there any new property additions to the Sheraton Flex?
We are currently out in Steamboat Springs at the Sheraton on SOs from our SVV-Bella unit. Beautiful weather.

We are currently out in Steamboat Springs at the Sheraton on SOs from our SVV-Bella unit. Beautiful weather.

1) We're not skiers so Steamboat Springs did not interest us.
2) Most of the Sheraton properties are located on the East Coast and we prefer the West Coast and Hawaii.
3) We traded in the value of the Sheraton Flex for Westin Flex (I know . . .) and used financial information I gleaned from TUG which allowed me to do the trade, increase the number of Options and put only $12,000 of new money in.

We will be in Avon at Westin Riverfront for a week in July using Home Options from Westin Flex.

I would believe this document over the estoppel since the estoppel is manually filled out. I suspect one of two things with the estoppel I reviewed. Input error by whoever completed it, or they don't care and are waiving it upfront instead of waiting for a waiver request. BTW, it was for a small contract.
