Renting points

I am sure this has been answered before but my search was futile. Where do people go to rent points?
I’m a legacy owner who needs 2225 points to book a stay in 2020. I have one week which will get me the points but not sure of the process or if splitting my week and depositing and then renting the points is a better option.

What is the going rental rate these days? I have seen .55,.60,and .65.

I remember someone on TUG has a site, maybe Steven Ting?

The TUG marketplace has a section for people to post points for rent offers. Find one of those and contact the member to work out details.

You cannot transfer Vistana staroptions to another owner, hence the answer has to be no.... unless you are referring to straight exchange of a reservation.
