I bought "points" for cabo san lucas for a really nice Hotel Tesoro. Half of it is under reconstruction, but you can't tell when you're staying in the other half. How it works is I just use the points and pay a fee on the amount of points.

If anyone is interested just giving them for free, but there is a charge. So for example a small studio would be 13500 points for the week would be like $500.

Or if anyone has ways for me to get my money back somehow? I paid 9k 4 years ago.

There's no way to get your money back, but you can list it for free in the TUG Marketplace. Look at the top of the page for the link to the articles that explain how to do that. You can also list it on places like Craigslist.
