Can I use showers at Ritz Carlton Spa with room at Lakeshore reserve?

We will stay overnight our last night in Orlando at Lakeshore. Our flight isn't until 8pm. We won't have us of our room after check out but want to swim, etc. Will we be able to shower and freshen up at the Ritz Spa?

The Spa is functionally separate from all three properties and is pay only. I believe it is $50 to access the spa pool and showers without any use of the services. This is the same whether you are staying at one of the properties or just stopping by for the day.

Lakeshore has showers/locker room next to the work out gym that is nice and can be used to freshen up.

Good point. Very nice showers along with a sauna, steam room, and plenty of lockers. And never crowded.
