This is the 2014-15 version...all 400+ pages of it. The points charts don't ever change much, but some of the rules can/do. If there is a newer version, someone will come along and post it (or go ask in the Wyndham section).

"Similar" resorts will have "similar" points charts...you will often see the same numbers on multiple points charts.

You can also go here: clubwyndham.com and see the different resorts and view a couple of explanatory videos, but the Members Directory has all the specific answers.

For someone who is not familiar with Wyndam, are there other fees involved in Club Wyndham/Worldmark or using the points at a Wyndham/Worldmark resort that is not your home resort? That is, is the exchange fees, housekeeping, split week, club fees, etc or is the list MF all inclusive?

Also, I assume the monthly MF on EOY is paid every month for 24 months?
