Merger of Hyatt, Weston and Sheraton

[Vacation fun]

Wondering if anyone has knowledge of how this Merger of Hyatt, Weston, Sheraton and Marriott purchase of II will impact trading or points? I was told 2 different times as to the tool out of them. One salesman said end of year another salesman said in June...

Anyone heard rumors or have understood or knowledge of this ?

I am sure the SEC would be interested if a publicly traded company was sharing insider information only with people who were going to buy a product
As others said, salespeople would be the last to know anything real.

Hyatt Westin and Marriott TS are now owned by the same corporation ( westin and sheraton are already the same company) BUT that doesn't mean that they will merge into a single company.

Wyndham has three separate TS companies ( Wyndham, worldmark and shell) and although there is some interchange between them they are basically separate companies.

IMHO I think the same will likely happen to Hyatt, westin and Marriott TSs.
