So this is something I haven't seen before.
I log in yesterday and it tells me I have points to use up by March 2019.
Hm... Interesting... I didn't have any points expiring.
I go look at my points...

Reactivate Contract
Contract 999999999999
And they gave me points.

Today I log in....message is gone. I check my points...

And they subtracted the points.

It was a real contract number, not all 9s. But not a contract of mine!

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Happened to me, and made me Platinum until they fixed it 3 weeks later.

It is likely human error. Someone fat fingered the contract entry into the wrong account.

The same thing happened to me this week. A new contract was added with 1,500,000 points. I called and asked because I feared maintenance fees might bet sent to me also. They sent me to owner care who made a ticket. The next day the points were gone. No explanation was given!

If only some of our other issues could be fixed that quickly? It really makes me wonder? I was beginning to think a ticket was just something said when a problem wasn't going to be fixed?

Same happened to me today but they took away all of our guest certificates in the process..
