Floating week, yearly. Red Season.

I will either pay the transfer fees with Timeshare Transfers, Inc, or I will pay for your 2019 usage. Your choice!

This resort has a very good TPU with RCI. We have historically reserved one of the holiday weeks to deposit with RCI and was able to utilize the TPU to snag the Hilton (HGVC) Hawaii Big Island, 2BR/2BA and have several TPU's left over.

I believe the yearly maintenance fees are around the $700-750 range.

First to step up gets it.

The TPU value is 43 if deposited as a 2BR, and 1BR lockoff. This is the one of the best timeshare's to own for trading in and trading up every year. Still available.
