Well,

I finally got both my Hyatt’s in my account my 2nd one showed up today.

Which one do you seasoned Hyatt owners feel will rent the easiest on eBay or Redweek to cover my MF this year and maybe even a small profit to offset my purchase costs?

Week 17 Hyatt Coconut Plantation 2Bedroom Lockoff unit 5362L

Week 30 Hyatt Pinon Pointe 2 Bedroom Lock Off 3rd Floor overlooking snoopy rock unit 331

(1) I want to rent one this year as I already have my TS stays booked for most of 2019 and other convert to CUP points for use at Fl locations.

Thanks in advice for your input.

While the red rock of Sedona is beautiful, my vote would be Coconut Plantation. Early May is not prime time for FL, but it expect it to be more desirable than Sedona in early August. FWIW: I wouldn't waste your time/money on an Ebay listing - go straight to Redweek (and I'd go quickly as week 17 isn't that far away). By their basic nature, Ebay renters (similar to TUG renters) expect luxury for $100 a night.

I would be interested in Hyatt / Plantation week 17 NEXT YEAR (2020) Please let me know when/if you decide to rent it.

Thanks

I just recently sought an April stay at Coconut to use some left over points and availability was very limited so I would say that April is still a good chance for a rental for you. I agree, get it on RedWeek asap. Most renters these days book close in so evaluate other listings on RW and try accordingly. Coconut Plantation has a very nice lazy river so read some of the other listings on RW and get the best listing up that you can and I think you'll do alright.
