Week 7 and week 8 available.

First use and maintenance fee is 2019. 2019 fee, including tax, is $1,150 per unit.

Closing to be handled by LT Closings and buyer to pay closing costs of about $250/unit.

Neither unit is associated with Wyndham!

Three Bedroom Villa 1,450 Square Feet
This three bedroom, two bath suite can accommodate up to eight people. Suites are designed for rest and relaxation offering a king-size bed and whirlpool tub, two double beds in the second bedroom and a third bedroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa complete with a mini kitchenette. This suite also includes a fully equipped kitchen, 4 flat screen TVs, dining room and living room. Close to Disney, Universal and all the parks, our three bedroom villa offers the luxury of a 5 star hotel, plus all the amenities of a destination resort.

Is this always week 7&8 or do you have to book a year ahead?

It defaults to those weeks every year unless you release/trade it.

I’m a bit confused. Does this mean that these weeks can’t be used consecutively because one starts on Friday and the other on Sunday? We’d have to find a hotel for 2 nights?

Either or both reservations can be traded to make them back to back but as currently set for 2019 you are correct there would be a 2 night gap.
