Helping my mother unload her Manhattan Club timeshare.

1 King Bedroom + 1 living area w/ fold out Queen sofa + kitchen. 2 bathroom.

Can book up to 3 separate weekends or 1 week - only restriction is no New Year's Eve.

MF are paid for 2018/19, but week will be used for Christmas this year by her.

MF for 2019/20 are $3,088.94 and due by May, 2019.

She will pay all transfer fees.

If I am missing any pertinent information, please let me know and I can provide.

Given that they included 2019 in both MF discussions and have a May due date, I would guess the use year runs from May 1 to April 30 or thereabouts. So the 2018/19 MF covers May 2018-April 2019 and the 2019/20 is for May 2019-April 2020. Just a guess on my partpart; you'd need to confirm the interpretation with OP.

Are you sure about this? I haven’t seen a MC usage run across years. They always bill you in April/May for the following year. I own 2 weeks and this is how it works for both my weeks. I am curious though because if true that is actually very appealing. I own 2 weeks and gave away one but am considering getting a 3rd again. MF are just so high and keep going up is my only hesitation

My understanding was that at one time, you were assessed your fees based on the date of purchase for both usage and fees. This may have changed.

Where do things currently stand with all the Lawsuits that have been going on there (i.e. usage issues, booking issues, etc.) ?

Sold to Bluegreen so hopefully it will get better but the latest MF bill did not give me much hope. Over $400 a night in MF
