Hi I want to know, when you give a good review should it include the hole process or just the sellers part.
For example if the sellers process was timely but the closing company make mistakes perhaps causing the process to take longer, how do you judge that..?

Where are you posting this review? If it is a commercial seller - they are responsible for the closing company that they choose to use.

Also, a commercial seller may blame the closing company for problems - when in reality, the closing is done in-house or by an affiliated company, and they are just trying to make it look like it's not their fault. Many commercial sellers, if not most, do in-house closings, because it's far cheaper and allows them to control the closing - although they may not disclose that fact to the buyer, to make it look like the buyer has more protection than they really do.

To correct your typo - click on EDIT below your post.

If you don't think it's in your best interest to leave a review - then don't do it. However if the transfer is complete, and you are unhappy with the company/closing, why would you do business with them again?
