We just spent a week at the Wyndham in Daytona Beach through an RCI exchange. At check-in, we went through the spiel about the recent changes RCI had made and how costs were lowered for future exchanges and it was really important for us to attend a presentation just to keep up to date. We declined. There were several calls to our unit (red message light flashing on our phone). The last time they called, I answered and Customer Service representative again asked us to attend the RCI changes update. I thought everyone might appreciate her statement: "You really should attend, we have all new people upstairs, not like the old Las Vegas guys. The new one are real nice and friendly". I told her No Thank You.
