Coronado Beach Resort, new member advice

I’m a new member and have been trying to find information on Coranado Beach Resort. I have done key word surch but nothing comes up (I must be doing something wrong). I’m thinking of buying there any information good or bad is appreciated.

CBR is a fixed week resort. There are studio units, 1 bedroom - curtain (meaning a three sided room with a curtain on the fourth side), true one bedroom units, and two bedroom units. One of the bedrooms in the two bedroom unit has a curtain. The curtained rooms do not have windows, hence the curtain.

Day use is a great benefit at this resort as you can park at the resort. You can also use the bikes and beach equipment.

Maintenance fees are fairly low (under $900 for a true one bedroom). Access to GPX is a nice feature but you can also use RCI for trading. What other questions do you have? If you tell me what your questions are, I will do my best to answer them.

It's an easy typo to make, and is probably why OP couldn't find anything.

We love spending time at CBR. It is a great location and a more intimate resort. I bought a fixed week there on Ebay after I left San Diego after living there for 35 years. GPX is nice to use as well if you like other Grand Pacific Resorts.
