Sea World Maintenance Fees

Does anybody know what the MF’s are for a Sea World 1 Br? It’s not listed on the MF thread or the spreadsheet. What are the property taxes there as well. Are they paid with the MF’s or paid separately?

2017 Real Estate Tax $149.48 01/01/2017

Total $777.68

The taxes are collected as part of the MF and should therefore be paid together with them.

I looked at the increase for 2018 for the 2br and 3br and they increased between 2-3% I think that is what you can expect the 1br to have increased as well.

So approx: $793 - $801

I own at Sea World (4800 platinum 1Bd). I paid $963.77 for 2018 which included all fees (Maint, taxes, club dues, etc).

Without the club dues of $170 it’s $793.77.

I was actually spot on in my calculations

That’s not too bad. We already pay club dues for an annual ownership. With the property taxes so high, I thought theMF’s would be a fair amount higher.
