myresortnetwork.com has many listings from the above brokers all in one place. Samuel Rodriguez is affiliated with Seth Nock, if i remember correctly.

Do all those listed offer the same service (handle all paperwork, etc)?
Charge the same rate?

All reputable resale brokers will walk you through the whole process from making the offer to completing the transfer. Each one typically has a closing company of choice with whom they work. If you wish to use a different closing company to save on closing costs, you should ask that question at the outset when making an official offer on one of their listings.

Rates will probably vary but will be competitive. Best to ask and shop around if so inclined. Good luck!

Each one will be different. You will need to ask before you put an offer in. Most reputable sellers will offer good services and fair fees.

We used Judy K's office for a purchase at W 57th St and were extremely happy with them. They solved a point banking problem that I don't think most others could have. (I'm limiting details as I don't want to cause trouble.)
