Correct.
It will be the same as with the others, "By hilton club " hotels you can book 44 days out if you aren't a "member" of the "new" club in the club.
IMO this is just another way they try to sell new locations. Now the salesmen get to say, with this new club membership you an extra booking window before EVERYONE else. In the beginning it might work out great for new members but as the new locations get sold out it will be just as difficult to book 60 days out as it will be 44 days out.
