Grandview Las Vegas
Hello all! I am new to this site and looking for some advice. I currently own a biennial week (week 36) at the Grandview Las Vegas. I had exchanged this into RCI and received 98,000 points.

They charge me my maintenance fees on an annual basis for convenience, $401.50 per year totaling $803 since I own every other year.

At this point I just want out of the timeshare. I have only used it once in the years I have owned it and it is not beneficial for me at this time. The resort does offer a deed back program where I can give it back to them, but after inquiring I was told that I have only paid half of the maintenance fee so I still owe $401.50 as well as a $500 fee that they charge to process the deed back.

For that price I would rather give the timeshare to someone who could use it rather than just give it back to the company. Perhaps even split the cost of the sale/retitling of the deed.

Any information on how I can go about this would be greatly appreciated. :)

Go to the bargain deals forum- you can find it at the top of this forum. Once there read the sticky that says “how can I give my timeshare away on TUG”. After reading, post your timeshare in that bargains forum. Good luck!

Wrong post, I'll move, but just wanted to say I'm glad they didn't allow you to deed it back for free, I'd much rather a TUG member have it. Thanks for the offer!

note grandview units that are already enrolled/converted in RCI points have some value.
