Is it possible to deposit a week from my moms timeshare into my account?

No, it's not - you can only deposit timeshares in your account that are deeded in your name. The exchange company will verify it with your mom's timeshare's management company, and they will turn it down.

A better option is to ask your mom for the log-in to her account, and deposit it in her account and then manage it for her.

Anoter option is to pay approxmately $200 and have the timeshare redeeded in your name, if she wants to get rid of it and you want it.

Yeah, that's what I thought, but I wanted to confirm. I don't want to go on the deed, as I don't want to have the financial responsibility for it (at least right now). I guess I'll just have to go through her account.

Manage your mom's account, book the TS and get a guest certificate for the use.
Might Cost a few bucks for the GC, but easy way to leave the TS in her name.

Also, consider having it transferred into a trust if it's worth $$$. Easy way to manage without probate, wills, etc...
