Hi Everyone, this is what I have:

Star Island Resort & Club
3br Lockout - Can be split into two 1br deposits
Week 31
Check In and Check Out are Saturdays, this year would be 8/4-8/11
Annual Fee for 2018 is $1,100 already paid
2018 has not been deposited anywhere yet so that is negotiable based on Closing

No, that is correct. That is what they allow it to be split into. I usually split with DAE and get 4 trades out of it but for Interval both sides count as 1br.

I came back from there just this week , this is a very good resort , its huge , with 22 buildings .They have a very good staff . And the location is near disney and not so far away from universal .
Very good option if you want a resort in orlando ( kissimmee).

UPDATE: 2018 has been deposited. Timeshare is still available but first use would be in 2019 and Seller would be responsible for Closing Costs.

I was just looking for a 3 bedroom for a week next month and if I remember correctly for some reason this states 3 BR but going by the floor plan, they count a pull out bed in the den as a bedroom. Ended up having to get two 2 BR as our traveling companions wanted to have the lock off option if we were all staying together.

Just stayed here in a non-lockoff 3br. Very nice resort, with great staff. Easy to get an Uber and quite close to a Walmart for shopping. Also an amazing British chippy nearby, highly recommended.
