We have not stayed in a Studio per se, but have stayed in a 2-bedroom unit, so the lock-out side is what you often get as a Studio. There is a very mini fridge and a coffeemaker in the room. The patio deck was a nice size and had a table & 2 chairs on it. The bathroom is awesome and there was a chaise lounge near the sliding door. This was for the regular Grand Luxxe (GL), not the Grand Luxxe Villa (GLV) lock-out. The GLV one is larger and is located in the end unit of the building. It has basically 2 rooms - a sitting room and the bedroom with the bathroom in between. There is a sofa bed for seating and a cabinet has the coffeemaker, small fridge, and small microwave in it.

There are more regular GL units than there are GLV units. An exchange would most likely state which it is.

We have stayed in one. It had a living room with a mini kitchen inside of a cabinet. Large bathroom and a king size bed. Small balcony.

This sounds like the Villa version of a studio.
