We have stayed at all resorts except the Strip location.

Deciding between Flamingo and Strip location.

It will be my wife and I and teenage son.

Any difference in game room, pools being heated or anything else that might help my teen to have more fun that might swing us one way or another.

We are leaning Flamingo due to location but the strip units and property look nicer.

The strip is more family oriented and has a better pool. I think they close the GO party pool at Flamingo so you only have the small timeshare pool.

Edit, just checked the GO pool season:

• The Flamingo pool season is from mid-March until the end of October.

We enjoyed our stay at the Strip location (several years back) and the property was well maintained, clean and nice. This includes the pool.
Our room (and this might be the case for most or all of them) did not provide much of a sound protection from people talking loudly on the floor or taking a shower (which both occurred for 2 of 3 nights between 1am and 4am).

We did not notice this noise disturbance at the Flamingo property.

We own both and like the Strip location for the game room and the larger nicer pool when we bring the kids in the Winter.
