I have my timeshare listed for rent on Redweek. I was contacted by The Timeshare Brokers in Orlando who fully disclosed they were a broker and they had a renter lined up who wanted my week. They said they would pay my full rental price by company check and after the check cleared I could transfer the rental to their renter. They asked for a copy of my rental agreement and proof of my confirmation. It all seems legit but I've only rented to individuals before. Just want to be sure this is common?? What am I missing? Thanks for the advice.

Totally Legit, and good to work with.

I've also worked with brokers a few times who found me on Redweek.
Very easy, smooth, and hassle-free experience on my end--and I had the full rental money in my Paypal account just a day or so after I showed them my confirmation. I used to hesitate doing this, but no longer.
