Change Reservation Broken?

Attempting to change a reservation on-line but after selecting change reservation for my current reservation, it asks for the new location and dates but nothing is displayed. The main screen that normally displays availability of the resort doesn't display. Is anyone else having similar problems?

I haven't had a reservation lately, but I had this problem often in the past. The HGVC website tends to be moody.

best to call

I just call with most items with HGVC and keep the fees handy when talking with rep. You can alway try to get online e price with call rep by just saying online site will not let me do this but

I did this yesterday. I wanted to change dates so I selected same resort with new dates and it automatically added new res. in place of old res.

Happened to me in March 2015. Tried on-line to extend (to week) and upgrade (1-bd to 2- bd) vacation for reservation originally made on-line. Wouldn't work on iPAD or laptop. Called Elite number and they did it for me no charge. Probably any HGVC reservationist would have helped the same way.

Yes, I called in and reservationist made the change at no charge. I mentioned that it was not working. Hopefully, they'll get someone to look at it. Thanks all.

Don't hold your breath. It's been a problem since they first introduced Revolution. The Classic system worked fine for everything and was simple to use, but apparently easy to use and working are not on HGVC's radar.

The HGVC website tends to be moody.

Yesterday, Revolution booked my reservation twice. A 2015 reservation that required borrowing from 2016. The second rez borrowed 2016 points that weren't there!

A call to HGVC straightened it out, of course, but problems with the system persist. :crash:

Where the heck does all our membership money go. It seems nuts to me that they can't spend the money to get this system working properly.

I wonder if HGVC's audit system (assuming there is one) would eventually have discovered the second, essentially free, reservation? :ponder:
