FREE Wyndham Vacation Resorts Daytona

My wife an I own 105k points with Wyndham Vacation Resorts in Daytona Beach. We usually stay on Disney property at Wyndham's Bonnet Creek. We recently purchased a home and are trying to get out of consumer debt. The timeshare is paid off, but we pay a $60 monthly maintenance fee that we would like to eliminate. We are willing to give the timeshare away but don't want to pay exorbitant transfer fees or anymore fees to a timeshare company.

Can I suggest you go into your account and post the actual HOA and program fees and also look at your deed and post the specific HOA that this is for (legal description of the property)?

Thank you, the HOA is with Club Wyndham Plus Timeshares/Ocean Walk Resort Condomminium Association. The monthly fees are exactly $61.42. However, we normally stayed at Wyndham's Bonnet Creek on Disney property because we are on a point system and were able to choose other resorts.
As mentioned, it's paid off. We're just tired of paying maintenance fees for something we dont use anymore.
