It would so HELP the older resorts ... if Wyndham and the points system ALLOWED or extended the idea of ARP at the 11 month mark to the points of converted Fixed Weeks at their underlying resorts.

Could you image how many of those resorts would get a BUMP in MF payments? This Palm Aire deed would have been "GONE in 60 Seconds".

And Wyndham would be collecting more fees for conversions and more CWP fees.

I'm sorry. I made a mistake. It is UDI with a point value of 154,000. We bought it resale many years ago and I thought it had a week behind the deed.

It is one undivided timeshare interest in "point system additional unit submission V111" in the The Fairways at Palm-Aire Paradise Towers II.

Eileen ,,, this is a GOOD Winter - Snowbird - deed where the owner can book 13 months out their reservation at Palm Aire. Many guests during that time of the year LOVE Palm Aire ... multiple pools, large rooms, near many activities and dining.

This SHOULD go --- as we now know what it is.
