They are UDI, which means they were always points, not a fixed week conversion. Although I bought them resale, even if I had bought them from Wyndham, as soon as I sold them they would be labeled resale points. Wyndham resale points (those not bought directly from Wyndham)do not count toward VIP status and are not eligible for Club Pass (a program that allows you to pay $99 to book into Worldmark resorts). They do keep their ARP (advance reservation priority of 13 months), and can be used at all Wyndham point locations. I hope that answers your question.
