I received this question in an email:

"Can timeshare guests use all of the pools at the Hilton Hawaiian Village?"

There are no pool restrictions on TS guests, they can use any pool.

As a matter of fact, it has been many an opinion that others not even staying at the resort have been using the pools.:ignore:

The pools are packed. No shade. If you need shade, go to Costco and get an umbrella and 2 chairs for $90. The umbrella rentals on the beach are $59 a day for an umbrella and 2 lounges.

For some reason, I'm thinking that the Ali'i Tower pool is only for hotel guests staying at the Ali'i Tower and is not available to TS guests.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You are right only Alii tower guests can use the Alii pool and hot tub.

I think you're right.

FYI: The least crowded pool and hot tub are in the Kalia Tower since many people don't know it exists or think it's only for people staying in that tower.

One reason the Kalia tower pool is empty is because it is cold! It only gets sun for a couple of hours then its in the shade so it never gets warm. Also the hot tub at kalia needs a refurbishment.

Yes, that was exactly our experience as well, middle of last month!
The Alii pool was closed and during those days they must have opened the Paradise pool for all Hilton guests! It was super packed! :annoyed:

Last year, before me bought, we also stayed at the LT- with full access to the pools.

That pool is always open to everyone staying at the resort. It doesn't belong to the timeshare towers.

The Kaila Tower pool is small and unheated. Last time we were there the Kaila spa was always packed full of people, I think I was only able to get in it once over the week that we were there, but I eventually did get pushed out by the crowds.

The Kaila Tower is a hybrid. It's both a hotel and a TS.

It's unlikely that anyone not staying in the Kalia tower would use the Kalia pool. It's on the fourth floor and you have to go into the tower and up the elevator to get to it. However it is an easy place to get towels after the towel huts close as there is always a pile sitting there.

If you want some peace and quiet and wish to read a book it would be a great place to relax.

I spent less than 5 minutes in the paradise pool. I can't imagine going to Hawaii and looking for a spot by a pool.

The ocean is good for the soul.
