Vacation Homes Only - Has anyone heard of them?

I just got a call from Preston at Vacation Homes Only. They are in Beverly Hills, CA. I have a two bedroom SDO for rent during Spring Training, beginning Feb 28, and they want to rent it for me. I would get my full price and their client pays that plus their fee. I would get my money, then change the reservation from my name to their clients. Has anyone used them? Are they a legitimate business? Thanks

Legit company that is usually OK when you have something they want. Just insist on upfront payment and you should be fine.
