Gluten free in Playa

The Mexican diet is pretty Gluten freen in the first place if you are buying Corn Tortillas, meats, beans, avocado, tomato etc.

DD has an egg and nut allergy and it was a lot easier to eat out in Mexico than the US as they use both ingredients less frequently.

Try the grocery store called DAC. They have an assortment of ethnic and organic foods plus different gluten free products. It is on Av. 30 on the north side of Constituyentes and calle 20. (Just up the street from Mega)
